Kenny Wong is an accomplished Executive Chef with over eight years of dedicated culinary experience, specializing in chicken rice and authentic Chinese cuisine. Trained under a Hong Kong master chef and further refined through self-driven research and development, Kenny brings a rare combination of traditional technique and modern operational discipline to every kitchen he leads.

Since 2024, he has served as Executive Head Chef at MCR Group Sdn Bhd, where he oversees daily kitchen operations, leads and trains kitchen staff, and drives continuous menu innovation. His responsibilities span the full spectrum of culinary leadership — from recipe development and food R&D to enforcing rigorous standards in food safety, hygiene, and Halal compliance, as well as managing food cost, inventory, and purchasing to support sustainable business growth.

Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Malay, Kenny is well-positioned to lead multicultural kitchen teams and deliver an authentic, consistently excellent dining experience across every outlet he oversees.
